Mission: Provide high level rugby in the Lake County area. Introduce new families to the sportsmanship, community and respectful competition of rugby via rigorous yet inclusive training and play-style.

Vision: Become a USA Rugby recognized Eagles pathway and High-Performance program to become a household name in rugby in the Midwest United States.
